One of the key champions of our ethos is Jon Dent, co-founder and lead consultant. Jon has helped shape 3RP’s apprenticeship programme to offer A-level graduates a meaningful pathway into the world of ERP consulting. It’s a strategic, long-term investment in people; nurturing in-house talent, designed to build smart, capable consultants who add real value to clients.

Jon’s vision is clear: bring in new trainees each year, nurture their growth, and build a strong, skilled team from within. Our training pathway at 3RP isn’t rigid or time-bound. Every apprentice is treated as an individual, developing day by day, with the freedom to apply and expand their knowledge in ways that suit their strengths.
While theory plays a role, the real learning happens through doing. We encourage trainees to get involved in real-life client projects early on, gaining hands-on experience that builds confidence and capability.
